Elizabeth “Libby” Tillotson is an executive and professional coach and course creator.  Libby understands the importance of personal wellbeing and a solid work-life balance when it comes to delivering at the highest of your capabilities. Her approach to navigating uncertainty, establishing healthy boundaries, and creating transformational habits starting with just 15 minutes per day is revolutionary.

Libby believes that the work she does helps build a foundation for true excellence and balance in both your professional and personal life.

Libby has worked extensively with high-achievers in high-pressure situations from the military to C-Suite.

Libby is an ICF PCC level credentialed coach and is DISC, EQ, and Maxwell Leadership certified.  Previously, she worked with teams to transform achievement in K-12 public schools raising graduation rate 30%.

Libby holds a PhD in Educational Administration from Texas A& M University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at University of Texas at Dallas.

Outside of her passion of coaching and course creation, Libby  loves life with her husband, reading, and watching movies.
